Divisions and Standards

It may be your first competition, or you may be a seasoned professional. Regardless of which division you choose, you are guaranteed a weekend of fun and excitement. Elite Individuals:

3 Days of Competition; Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Two Categories; Male, Female

Invites for this division will be released on March 20, 2017. Athletes will have until April 01 to confirm their spot. Once this date has passed, the division will be opened for the general public to register. This division will be comprised of advanced movements and weightlifting capabilities. Invitations will be sent to athletes with top performance in previous competitions, the CrossFit Open and CrossFit Regionals. If you feel like you have what it takes to compete in this division and feel that we may have missed you during the invite process, please contact us.

Standards for Entry:

Male:

  • Deadlift 340lbs
  • Clean & Jerk 220lbs
  • Snatch 175lbs
  • Ability to Perform 10 Unbroken Chest to Bar Pullups
  • Ability to Perform Ring & Bar Muscle Ups
  • Ability to perform strict and deficit HSPU
  • Handstand Walk
  • Female:

  • Deadlift 220lbs
  • Clean & Jerk 145lbs
  • Snatch 110lbs
  • Ability to Perform 8 Unbroken Chest to Bar Pullups
  • Ability to Perform Ring & Bar Muscle Ups
  • Ability to perform strict and deficit HSPU
  • Handstand Walk

  • Competitive Teams:

    3 Days of Competition; Friday, Saturday & Sunday

    Two Categories; Male Partners, Female Partners

    This division is for RX athletes looking to test their level of fitness against others with similar capabilities. Teams will consist of two athletes of the same gender. It is highly recommended that teams possess a good work capacity with at least one member competent in advanced gymnastics and/or heavier weight lifting movements. Teams can expect to be tested on classic functional movements. The events will be constructed so that teams can strategize in order to ensure optimal performance.


    Open Teams:

    2 Days of Competition; Saturday & Sunday

    Two Categories; Male Partners, Female Partners

    This division is for scaled athletes who may be new to the sport of fitness, new to a competitive environment or for those athletes who are not yet comfortable using RX weights or performing high level gymnastics movements. Teams will consist of two athletes of the same gender. This is a great opportunity to participate in a professional competition setting. It doesn’t matter if it is your first competition or if you are an experienced competitor, this division will leave you with a feeling of accomplishment.


    Masters Teams:

    3 Days of Competition; Friday, Saturday & Sunday

    Two Categories; Male Partners, Female Partners

    This division is for athletes 40+ years of age, who put in their time at the gym and enjoying crushing workouts. Teams will consist of two athletes of the same gender. Registering for this division will give you the opportunity to step into the ring with other masters athletes and test your level of fitness. This is not a scaled division. You will be challenged. But you will have fun doing it!
